Alex is the  Founder and Manager of The Dory Group LLC.  TDG is a Boston area based brokerage and consulting company that specializes in real estate and the intersection of technology, sales and design. 

Alex brings many years of operations experience and overseeing complex organizations and processes. From 2007 to 2016 Alex grew, built and oversaw all Redfin’s operations in the North East. Additionally, Alex oversaw the construction of 7 different offices and markets and managed as many as 300 employees in 4 different states. 

Alex then went on to create a venture backed RE admin business and support platform, Piper Crane and built a successful real estate design and sales firm.

As an investor Alex began his journey into the cannabis industry and now concentrates on building success in this explosive and exciting new industry through consulting and strategic investments and equity.  Check out his store in Davis Square Somerville The Goods

Alex is also a maker of things and creator of objects and art.  A father of two and husband Alex spends his free time with his wife and kids or in the garage tinkering on the next creation.     

Alex takes great pride in not only having built and helped drive the explosive success of his ventures, but to have deeply contributed to its culture and the work they did within the local communities.

Alex believes in doing good while doing well and tries to reflect that ideal in every venture and effort he puts forth.
